Conchiglie Provencal

Conchiglie Provencal is a hearty and flavourful pasta dish that is inspired by the sunny flavours of the Provence region of France. The dish features conchiglie, a type of shell-shaped pasta, that is combined with juicy tomatoes, garlic, onions, and a blend of herbs such as basil, thyme, and rosemary.


Ingredients: Serves 6


  1. Bring a pan of salted water to the boil and pour in the pasta and cook for 10/12mins or check timing on packet. When cooked drain and run under cold water to chill quickly.
  2. Slice the peppers and spring onion to 1cm dice.
  3. When pasta is drained well add to all the other ingredients and stir well, then season with salt and pepper and serve.
  4. Can be served with lamb chops, grilled fish or roasted vegetables.
