You can place your orders up to 10pm online, via our free app, or by telephone with our friendly customer services team. We deliver to most areas 5 days per week, check with your account manager or customer services to find out your delivery schedule.
New Customers
If you haven’t yet signed up, you can do so here. This will allow you to place orders for delivery, and click & collect.
Once your application is processed, you will receive an email from us containing your account number and password. You can change your password on the ‘My Account’ page, once you have logged in.
Once you’ve signed up, you can either place your order online or through our app (Apple and Android devices only). Just search for ‘Coldweb’ by Lady Lodge Systems in the Google Play Store or Apple App Store and use the activation code DEFS.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive confirmation of your order by email – please check your Spam folder.
