If you decide to run a Christmas menu, the same challenge always crops up, do you go with traditional “turkey and tinsel”, or do you try something different?
Why not do both and have some creative dishes to add to your menu? I always go for a mix of ingredients that guests recognise but are prepared in a slightly different way. Be bold with your menu and offer something unique to stand out amongst all the holiday festivities. Your customers will be sure to love it!
