TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TRADING

1.All new customers are supplied on a STRICTLY CASH ON DELIVERY, until all credit application criteria has been satisfactorily processed AND consent given in writing by the company.

2.All products are offered subject to availability.

3.Published prices are correct at time of publication, although we have taken every precaution to prevent product or pricing errors from occurring, we cannot accept liability should an error be noticed once published. The latest published price list cancels all previous price lists. The effective price is that ruling at the time of despatch.

4.VAT will be added to the invoice in accordance with Government legislation in force at the date of delivery.

5.We reserve the right to alter prices, pack sizes or brand names without notice.

6.All images shown in any webpage, pricelist, brochure, flyer or promotional literature produced by the company are shown as a guide & for informational purposes only.

7.Any prices quoted as Nett are not subject to any further discounts. All prices are subject to movement due to market forces. Notice of price increases cannot be guaranteed.

8.The company reserves the right to alter customer discount levels, for any reason, at any time.

9.All goods should be checked at the time of delivery, NO credits for damages or shortages will be entertained, unless signed as such, at the time of delivery.  Goods, from previous deliveries cannot be returned without the prior consent of the company.  We will not issue any credit for unauthorized returns.  Product complaints are to be reported directly to our sales office.

10.The risk of loss or damage to the goods will pass to you, the customer, on delivery.

11.Legal ownership of the goods will not pass to you until the price for the goods has been paid in full.

12.Minimum delivered order value is £50.00, we are unable to process whole of orders below this value. There is no minimum value for collections.

13.The owner or senior manager of the company reserves the right to withdraw credit facilities, for any reason, at any time.

14.Any Cheques represented or returned by bank will incur a £25 administration charge.

15.Should a bank transaction be dishonoured in any way, the company has the right to withdraw credit facilities immediately, thereby making all outstanding monies due for payment. An administration charge will be made for each and every dishonoured bank transaction.

16.Monthly account customers are required to settle their accounts by the 15th of every month.. Failure to remit by the due date may result in suspension of deliveries until payment is received in respect of the outstanding monies or all monies owing to the company, irrespective of the age of the debt.

17.Any balance outstanding beyond the above terms will be referred to our current appointed debt recovery agency and will be subject to a surcharge of 15%, plus interest, plus vat to cover the collection costs incurred.  This surcharge together with all other charges and legal fees incurred will be the responsibility of the customer and will be legally enforceable. Should any account or accounts be passed to our debt collection agency, credit facilities are automatically withdrawn.

18.Credit Notes must be claimed within six months from their tax date, otherwise they will become invalid.

19.Ansaphone Service, orders should always be placed before 12 midnight prior to the day of your usual delivery day. We regret Ansaphone orders cannot be given priority over already routed orders. We CAN accept whole orders or additions to earlier orders, we CANNOT reduce quantities or remove items from orders already placed earlier during the day.

20.The placing of an order by you the customer, denotes your acceptance of our terms & conditions.


21.Collections we welcome. In order to prevent unnecessary waiting,  Please phone in your order at least 30 minutes before your departure, we will have your order processed and picked on your arrival. Please note all collections must be made by 15:15.

22. Office Opening Hours - Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00pm  (Closed Some Public Holidays, exception is Good Friday)
