TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS

1.         The latest pricelists cancel all previous pricelists.

 

2.         All products are offered subject to availability.

 

3.         Published prices are correct at time of publication, although we have taken every precaution to prevent product or pricing errors from occurring, we cannot accept liability should an error be noticed once published.

 

4.         We reserve the right to alter prices, pack sizes or brand names without notice.

All images shown in any webpage, pricelist, brochure, flyer or  promotional literature produced by the company Dennis Edwards, are shown as a guide & for informational purposes only.

 

5.         Any prices quoted as Nett are not subject to any further discounts. Market Prices are subject to fluctuation. All prices are subject to movement due to market forces.

 

6.         Any damages or shortages must be advised at the time of the delivery to the driver, or to our sales office within 24 hours of the delivery. We regret we are unable to process any claim made thereafter.

 

7.         The company shall retain ownership of the goods until payment has been received in full. Any Cheques represented or returned by bank will incur a £15 administration charge.

 

8.         Minimum delivery order value is 50 pounds sterling. Unlike other companies we do not impose a surcharge on minimum value deliveries.

 

9.         All new customers are supplied on a strictly Cash on delivery basis only, until all credit application criteria has been positively processed.

 

10.       Monthly account customers are required to settle their accounts by the 15th of every month.  We regret further orders for overdue accounts will not be processed and remain on stop, until the account is brought back up to date.  Any balance outstanding beyond the above terms will be referred to Daniels Silverman Limited and will be subject to a surcharge of 15% plus vat to cover the collection costs incurred.  This surcharge together with all other charges and legal fees incurred will be the responsibility of the customer and will be legally enforceable.

 

11.       Ansaphone Service, orders should always be placed before 12 midnight prior to the day of your usual delivery day. We regret ansaphone orders cannot be given priority over already routed orders. We can accept whole orders or additions to earlier orders, we cannot reduce or remove items from orders already placed earlier during the day.


12.       Collections we welcome. Please phone in your order at least 30 minutes before
             your departure, we will have your order processed and picked on your arrival.

 

13.       Office Opening Hours - Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00pm
(Closed on Public Holidays)
